The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, better known as the VA, included a piece by Dr. Finkelstein in the online exhibit, “History of VA in 100 Objects.” This series interprets VA’s history through a fascinating assortment of artifacts, photos, and primary sources.
“Object 68: Miller Cottage,” discusses the history of women’s fight for inclusion in the veterans benefits and healthcare system after World War I.
