In April 2021, Dr. Finkelstein took part in the University of Warwick’s virtual conference, “Veteran Politics and Memory: A Global Perspective.” Her paper presentation, titled, “The Forgotten Woman: Unrecognized Female American Veterans of the First World War” was included as part of the panel on veteran studies and gender.
